Opened on 23 July 2021, after several years of renovation, the Krzysztofory Palace (35 Rynek), the main seat of the Krakow Museum, shows its new, renewed, modernized and enlarged spaces, a courtyard, a wonderful library with a reading room, Tadeusz Kantor's cellars. The facade of the Palace is again decorated with a sculpture of St. Christopher.
In the Palace, and more specifically the Krzysztofory Passage, you will find a Visitor Service Center transferred from the Cloth Hall, a museum shop and a breakfast place called "Handelek", where you can eat something arch- Kraków. The opening of the permanent exhibition will take place in December 2021. The history of Krakow will be told anew, and visitors to the Museum will come out through a model of the Krakow nativity scene.
