European Heritage Days – Meet the Krakow Fortress

The 30th jubilee European Heritage Days takes place between 10 and 18 September. The slogan of this year’s edition is “Connected by Heritage”. Its pronunciation is especially harmonious with the extraordinary monument, which is the Kraków Fortress. A fortress is not only a set of objects, but also a set of values and knowledge, inherited from previous generations, which give a sense of identity and bonds between past times and the present.
